Dropper ok, service kit impossible to get

"Dropper post was ok, worked fine but I can't get a service kit for it anywhere. The wipe seal has started to fail so I get grease on the upper part which obviously attracts dirt and sucks it back down. Customer service is lame, I contact the "UK" side of things and get told they get supplies every couple of months unless I can provide a USA address. . . . . Just provide the service parts needed to keep this think working and useful. I have been waiting two months and they're still out of stock. It's not like they make the thing in the first place is it!"

This thing makes my gravel

"This thing makes my gravel bike complete, 125mm travel is a perfect fit, has almost zero side to side play in the post, and the highline drop bar remote integrates comfortably on the bars while having great action when set up correctly. Buy it."

You will never regret putting

"You will never regret putting this dropper on your gravel bike. I bought it to lower my saddle on a few gnarly dropoffs that I ride, but I find that I use it constantly. Improves cornering and climbing as well as descending, and I have expanded my gravel bike terrain. The Highline XC works perfectly. I highly recommend the XC with the most drop that your bike can fit. Nobody will ever wish they had less drop."

Feels way better than the

"Feels way better than the OneUp dropper that's on my mountain bike with similar pricing."

Highline

"These dropper posts are so smooth and are a great upgrade for you XC or gravel bike. When in tech bike body separation is a must and much easier to accomplish with a dropper post."

lasted too short

"Purchased 17 months ago, now it no longer works and remains stuck in the lowered position."

Stellar Performance, Disappointing Durability

"I really wanted to like the Crankbrothers Dropper Post XC/Gravel 125 mm. Initially, it was fantastic, and I appreciated it greatly. However, after approximately 1. 5 seasons of use, the dropper post is completely worn out. Living in Nordic conditions with a lot of rain and mud, I expected the dropper post to withstand and handle these conditions if the service intervals were followed. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. Additionally, I own a Highline 7 installed on my other bike, which I have had to send in for warranty twice to replace the cartridge. It has been in use for nearly four seasons. While it is not as internally worn as the Highline XC/Gravel, it is not entirely flawless either. Unfortunately, I have experienced quality issues with both droppers from Crankbrothers. Therefore, I would rate it 5 stars for functionality but only 1 star for durability."
