Match Box

The ramped cleat box offers easy front and rear pedal entry and mud shedding. A Race Zone setback on the cleat track allows the cleat to be positioned further toward the heel for added control and stability when descending.

Match Compound

Our mid-friction rubber compound (MC1) allows for easy pedal entry and exit and is hard enough to hold up to wear and tear. The radial lug pattern around the cleat box is designed to provide smooth release from the pedal body.

Match Outsole

The tread pattern is designed for traction off the bike. Directionally angled and spaced toe and heel lugs offer traction for hiking up or down steep terrain. The ramped toe provides walkability on steep terrain.

Super slick combo with CB mallet pedals!

"These shoes are super comfortable and it was a breeze to set up the cleat position. There are grid marks on the bottom of the pedal that make it easy to dial in the cleat position, so it only took me about 20 minutes and a few rides around my street to get that dialed in. If you've ever futzed about with eyeballing a cleat installation, you'll appreciate how helpful the grid marks are. And they are comfortable and well built. They are like Apple-level build quality, and I have no doubt that they will hold up well over time. As I said, they are super comfortable, but I should mention that I sized up to an 11 from my usual street shoe size of 10. 5, and I'm happy I did. I do this a lot with running and cycling shoes to allow for some foot swelling on long days, and I'm glad I did here, too. That's not to say that the shoes run small, but I appreciate a little extra room for swelling or thick socks in the winter. Anyway, I'm really happy with these shoes so far. I forget I'm wearing them, which is what you want shoes to do if possible. Durability is to be determined, but the build quality seems top notch so I'm confident they will provide years of good use. Get some!"

"I am a woman with slightly wider feet (typically women specific shoes are on the tighter side). This shoe isn't male specific, but it is also not overly wide like most shoes. Great fit, the laces are super easy to use. This is the first time using clip shoes so I used easy release and they seem to be great. Looking forward to more rides with these."

"I rode crankbrothers flats fir a year before I switched to clipins. Shoe has same great fit and feel. I can't get the right cleats tight enough and have to re adjust every few rides. Have torque set at 10 nm with blue thread lock, afraid to good any tighter."

"These have to be some of the most comfortable riding shoes I've ever had. The speed lace system makes taking these off and putting on an absolute breeze. Tad small on sizing maybe. I'm usually a 10/10. 5 and definitely had to go 10. 5 for a nice snug fit. But I'd have to size up to an 11 if I wanted room for thick/ waterproof socks."
