"I have had this things for 7 years apparently and I cannot count the number of times it has saved my or someone else's bacon. It lives in a saddle bag, gets soaking wet on occasion, no special treatment and just works. It has had every size I have needed for a trail or roadside repair and has yet to let me down. Totally recommend as a fire and forget backup too to make sure you have what you need when you need it the most."

Thanks for making the M-10

"Thanks for making the M-10 available. Bought 2 E-bikes in 2015, both came with this multi-tool. Lost one after hitting a bump in the road. It was ejected from rack bag i forgot to zip it closed. Bought two new E-bikes in 2022 that didn't come with the tool. Bought two tools after finding the business name on tool. Would have gone with another color, but they weren't available. They had the gold color I previously owned, and I was very happy with that. Thanks, Crankbrothers"
