A lightweight yet durable rip-stop upper features a TPU-reinforced toebox for enhanced protection and a flexible collar around the ankle to prevent debris from entering the shoe. In addition, a moderately flexible mid-sole, a new, versatile Match tread pattern, and our high-friction MC2 rubber compound combine to provide optimal grip on and off the bike.

I love the look of

"I love the look of these shoes. That said, the entire shoe is very stiff as compared to the Five Tens I have worn in the past and were uncomfortable on my first ride. However, I felt that the stiffness of the sole produced a much better power transfer to the pedals. For my next 3 rides, I wore a thicker sock and the shoe has started to be more comfortable. I do believe that either the combination with my stamp pedals or the stiffer sole is giving me slightly more power when pedaling. At this point, I think they are too stiff to be comfortable to walk in after a ride, but I am glad I purchased them and will update this review if the walkability changes. I will also add, I have gotten several complements on these shoes. They really look great. I hope eventually, they will have red ones in this style."
