I bought this & other

"I bought this & other products to help me insure that I could get Continental Hardshell 700c X 28m tires onto Shimano Ultegra Open Pro rims- Very Tight Fit! This tool allows me to stabilize the final push onto the rim- Excellent- Solid- Useful for both putting the tire on & off."

Helped a brother out

"Worked like a charm, and in combination with the Slider Tire Lever Kit this becomes the ultimate tool-setup to care for a fatbike (Rawbike) tire change. Thank you Crankbrothers, helped a brother out."

"Its main use is holding the far bead in place on modern tires while installing the near bead with a BeadJack or similar tool. Otherwise, you just end up chasing the bead round and round. Makes tire installation tolerable."

My friends made fun of

"My friends made fun of me for buying this over built tire lever. However, once they used it they had to get one for themselves. This one is one I added as a gift for a friend. I have had one for years and I love it!"

Save your knuckles

"The Crankbrothers Speedier Tire Lever helps keep the skin on your fingers when changing your bicycle tires. I put a little dish soap into a spray bottle to add some lubrication, before I slide the tire lever around the rim to aid installation. Besides the sliding installation feature(which only works if you can keep the tire in the inner groove of the wheel), the lever itself is stronger than many others I have used, including a premium 2in1 lever/chain tool that just broke while changing tires yesterday."
