Great pedal until you have issues. Then poor servi

"Bought these pedals in February of 2024 and found out today that thier was an issue with the bearings. So I took them to my local bike shop where I bought them and talked to the owner about it and he called his Crankbrothers rep and got told since it has been over two years that I could buy a rebuild kit for approximately $30. 00. BEWARE to read the fine print on the box that the 5 year warranty is only good if you register their products on there website. I believe these pedals were approximately $50. 00 new and they only lasted two years. I have SHIMANO pedals on another bike and I have had them since 2017 and they have alot more use. Never had any issues. In the end do I think these are quality pedals yes, but they are not backed by good customer service. All we were asking for were two bearings and I would of been glad to pay the shipping."

Fantastic Pedal - Super grippy paired with the Stamp Trail Shoe

"I really like these pedals. Was not sure at first about getting a composite pedal, but these work great and I have no doubts about the strength/durability of the pedal. I have not slipped a single pedal with these so far. My only caution is don’t do what I did when resetting my pedal position and over rotate into your shin…. That’ll get ya! For those of us that raced BMX in the 80’s and sharpened our Urchins, you get the same scars. That’s the trade off for super grippy flat pedals. Glad I made this purchase and glad I “matched” the pedals with a pair of Stamp Trail BOA shoes. The system works. I would buy again."
