The Candy Lace features a stiff, fiber-reinforced nylon shank for efficient power transfer, paired with a minimalist synthetic upper, vibration-absorbing EVA insole, and a relaxed fit to provide a comfortable, ride-all-day feel.

Our innovative Match System optimizes engagement for Crankbrothers clip-in pedals, while the extended 35mm cleat track retains compatibility with other common clip-in pedals. Cleats are not included with Candy Lace shoes - remember to add a fresh set for your clip-in system of choice!

"The shoes are very stiff so all my power is transferred to the pedals with none going into flexing the sole. The laces are great for finite adjustment and fitment compared to ratcheting or cable tightening shoes. The materials have already shown to be durable against rubbing and scratching. The adjustment of the cleats has been easy with no movement after I set them up."

"The smile won’t leave my face! These shoes are the reason for the smile. Why? 1st - the are true to the size advertised. I am a 14 and they fit great. Snug in the heel and the laces keep the shoe snug over the rest of my foot. 2nd - these shoes allow hotness to escape. My pigs are happy! 3rd - when combined with Crankbrothers pedals, I’ve noticed a quicker clip in/out experience. 4th - I love the color and style. I feel faster because I look great!"

To start off, I am

"To start off, I am new to bike shoes in general so my take may not be too informative as those with experience. The shoes are very comfy! I have wide feet and was worried about the fit being too narrow like other brands that I’ve tried in stores. The material isn’t super stiff so it makes it easy to go on long rides! I love the adjustability of the cleat rails since it gives me a chance to try out different positions and I’m not just locked in one place forever. Overall the design of the shoe looks really cool and seems to have kept comfort in mind. The only thing that bothers me at all is that the videos provided for the products are not so informative. You get the general gist of how to put things together but not more in depth information on why things work in certain ways and how to fit them properly to your own fit. It would be nice for future costumers to have that info and even more details to get them started right! Thank you for these great shoes/pedals!"
