Very happy with my Mallet

"Very happy with my Mallet 2’s. Took a couple rides to get comfortable with them. But now with 20 rides and about 100 or so miles I really like them. The pedals have broken in nicely. I use the easy out clips and they work great. I hate not being able to getting my feet off the pedals quickly and these clips do just that. The width of the petals are very comfortable with the shoes that I use. There is no rocking from side to side and the contact patch to shoe is awesome! Over all I would recommend the Mallet 2 to anybody who is looking for a great trail or all mountain peddle. I have no complaints. Well worth the money. Don’t think twice, just get them!"

"Hello, These are my first SPD pedals, got them with the beginners cleats 6°, I really do like them, in muddy conditions I just give them a little rattle and bam CLEAN and ready to clip in again. The weight is ok, not really a weight kind of guy, I'm 105kg my self so.. They look awesome (got the raw/black color) When i have to clip out and back in but I miss the clip I can still count on the platform I'm a size 48 and have wide feet/shoes so the platform is a bit small for me but definitely gonna get the DH version someday. And the 5y guarantee is awesome as well. best regards"

Awesome for the spend.

"These pedals work great and take a ton of abuse. Great for the price. I ride my mountain bike about 10 hours a week on dirt/log trails in the Summer, and these have lasted a season so far with no signs of functional wear. Would love to have adjustable tension on the clips, but they work great as set. There are better pedals, but these get 5 stars for delivering what they promise for the price."

"Overall the shipping and packaging from the seller was awesome On Point As for the pedals, wow i gotta say i am quite impressed with the performance not only do they look better in person but you feel much more confident having a platform to support you in sticky situations Overall you can enjoy the power and efficiency of a clipless pedal on the climb but also feel the same confidence going downhill on a platform pedal since it is so easy to clip off i was never a fan of clipless pedals especially for downhill mountain biking but these are definitely a game changer."
